Disability & Quality of Life; Book Review " Thanks "

I'm sure that I've said it before, but, if not, I'll say it here. I am firmly convinced that your attitude is a very key component both to your quality of life, and, to your ability to-balance-effectively manage your Chronic Illness!

And, with this in mind, my advice is to develop hobbies. Within your hobbies, remember to share with others, especially the "guides" within your hobbies, your thanks for their input. For example: perhaps you decide that you want to become a great cook, and use Martha Stewart as a model. After you dook something, using one of her recipies and receive rave reviews from your "eaters", Martha to write thank you letter or email! It'll make both of you feel so much better.

Upcoming Movie

For me, I love reading. And, when I finish a book that I reallylove, go to the Author's website and let him/her know, and thank them. Most even write back! I even got an autographed "drink coasters from one, and am going to be a" reader reviewer "of one of my favorite author's upcoming book, while it is in draft.

I've copied below the thank-you email that I just sent to an author so that you can see what one looks like. Hope you too enjoy a hobby and thank those who inspire you.

Dear Mr. Katzenbach:

Not sure why I just found you, but I am soooo glad that I did! The Madman's Tale is the third book of yours that I have read, and just finished it. (Started with "State of Mind", followed by The Analyst). Loved State of Mind; liked the technical structure of The Analyst, but thought it was too sad-he was soooo isolated-but REALLY LOVEDTHE MADMAN'S TALE!

I am a "voracious reader (I've been" managing "Multiple Sclerosis for over 45 years, and now find myself on full time Disability) particularly of books of intrigue. I find, however, that increasingly I need novels that keep me invested within the book. If the story is too predictable, it just doesn't "hook me."

You, sir, have a marvelous mastery of phraseology; your lyrical prose paints pictures so accurately that I found myself in the Hospital along with Lucy, Peter and Francis! I have obtained, and will read next, Hart's War-the book, and not the movie. I want to view my OWN mental movie through your words!

Couldn't help but document, and share back with you, some of my favorite phrases from The Madman's Tale. These specific phrases were soeloquent; they know accurately depicted an pre-emption, or a feeling, or, in the case of Francis, so clearly defined, in my humble opinion, (IMHO) SPECIFICALLY WHAT IT MEANS TO BE "HUMAN", that I couldn't help but let you know just how your words affected me! Your prose kept me reading EVERY WORD, and not just skimming to catch the thread of the story, hurrying to "who done it"!

Many authors can describe events, action, places and things, and some can capture the superficial quality of the characters. What I find unique about you, Mr. k., is your ability to capture the essence of each character's "ghestalt"; raison d'etre (sp?); unique personality; and, how each both taps into the collective humanity, yet stands uniquely apart from it.

1) pg 168: "When I think back, I can see I knowmany little things that should have meant something.I was young, and I didn't understand that crime is like all the mechanical parts of a transmission. Bolts and nuts, screws and pins, all meshing together to create a self-contained momentum that travels forward, controlled by forces that are a little like the wind; invisible, yet leaving signs on a piece of scrap paper that suddenly takes flight and dashes down the sidewalk, or a tree branch being tugged frist one way, then the next, or merely the distant storm clouds scudding across the dark an ominous sky. "

2 pg 200): "We are all defined by the dark, I thought. Anyone can portray anything in the daylight. But it is only at night, after the world had closed in, that our true selves come out. "

3 pgs 218 & 219): "Sometime"later that day, or maybe after the next, but certainly at some point during the steady procession of mad folks being escorted into Lucy Jones's office, it occurred to me that I had never really been a part of something before ...As a child, not being able to join in is a terrible thing. Maybe the worst .....In all those years, I was never once invited to a birthday party. Never asked to a sleepover. Not once shoved into the back of a station wagon for an off-the-cuff trip to Friendly's for an ice-cream sundae. I never got a phone call at night to gossip about school or sports or who had kissed whom after the seventh grade dance .....My life was unique because of the absence of all those little things that make up everyone else's normalcy. "
4) pg 269: "But that wasn't the real terrainof each housing unit. The contours and topography were really defined by all the variety of madnesses contained within. " (Note: this one REALLY resonated with me, as I was a Human Resources Executive for over 30 years before I went on Disability. Whenever I walked into a room, I took deliberate "stock" of the temperature of the room; of the currents and eddies swirling around; of who was bouncing off of whom, etc. I've just never seen it articulated as you have done!)

5) page 326: IMHO, this is the depiction that separates someone like Francis who may be "crazy", yet is still humane society, from a "sociopath"! I loved how you phrased it!! "All my life, all I wanted was to be normal. Even tortured, like Peter and Lucy were, but normal. Able to function modestly in the outside world, enjoy thesimplest of things .....But I couldn't, because I knew, right in that moment, that I would forever be doomed to be closer in spirit and action to the man I hated and the man that scared me. The Angel was giving in and luxuriating in all the murderous evil thoughts that lurked within me. He was a fun house mirror version of myself. I had the same rage. The same desire. The same evil. I had just concealed it, shunted it away, thrown it into the deepest hole within me that I could find and cover it up with every mad thought, like boulders and dirt, so that it was buried where I hoped it could never burst forth. "

In these few words, you clearly articulated the essence of "free will". AND, IMHO, just why God gave us humans free will. He wants us to control our's baser, evil urges, and dowhat is "right" through choice, not through coersion.

You have succeeded in depicting the essence of being "acceptable"; of being acknowledged as a human being, with "rights" to exist. And, after all, that's what all humans live their existence for; simply to be acknowledged as existing.

Well, I've taken up too much of your time. If you want to use my words as a review of your book anywhere, please feel free to do so.

Also, if you ever need to a reader to read an ARC of your new book (s), I'd be delighted to do so.

THANKS, again, for many enjoyable hours! I'll probably be writing you again after I finish Hart's War!

Aerosmith Just Keeps On Rockin'

For over three decades, Aerosmith have been one of rock's most revered and popular bands, crafting classic songs full of raw guitar runs and intensely energetic vocals. The band first reached fame in the 1970 's with a string of hits including "Dream On," "Sweet Emotion" and "Walk This Way." During this period, Aerosmith's music defied easy categorization, falling somewhere between hard rock/blues and early punk, with occasional power ballads here and there. The band enjoyed major popularity throughout the 1970 's, but a split from 1979-84, and the serious substance abuse and drug addictions that contributed to their decline, would nearly relegated them to the annals of history. However, in 1984, Aerosmith was born again. They went on to enjoy resurgence in popularity that has madethem one of the top-selling and most popular rock bands in the world today.

Throughout their rough and rocky history, Aerosmith defied failure and even defied mediocrity in a fast-paced rock-and-roll world abundant in tragedy and also-rans. Aerosmith signed with Columbia in 1972 and debuted their first album simply titled Aerosmith, which included hit single, "Dream On". After constant touring, the band released "Get Your Wings in 1974, which did quite well on the charts, but it was Toys in the Attic in 1975 that established Aerosmith as international superstars. Originally pegged as Rolling Stones clones, Toys in the Attic showed that Aerosmith was a unique and original talent in their own right. Part of heavy metal, glam rock, and part part punk, Toys in the Attic was an immensesuccess, starting with the single "Sweet Emotion", then a successful re-release of "Dream On", and a new song from the album, "Walk This Way". Both of the band's previous albums re-charted as a result. Aerosmith's next album, Rocks, went platinum swiftly and featured two hits, "Back in the Saddle" and "Last Child".

Their next album, Draw the Line, was not nearly as successful, though the title track proved to be a minor hit. While continuing to tour and record into the late 1970 's, Aerosmith acted in the movie version of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, covering the Beatles hit "Come Together." As their popularity care waned and drug abuse began affecting their output, Joe Perry left the band in 1979 during the recording of their sixth studio album Night in the Ruts and formed TheJoe Perry Project. Perry's role in Aerosmith was initially taken by longtime friend and songwriter Richie Supa and then later by guitarist Jimmy Crespo who recorded the remainder of the album.

Aerosmith released its mammoth-selling Greatest Hits album in 1980, and in 1981 the band suffered another loss with the departure of Brad Whitford. Rick Dufay replaced Whitford and the band recorded their seventh album Rock in a Hard Place. The album was considered a relative failure. The tour that followed this release is notable for Steven Tyler's collapse in 1983 onstage during performance.

On Valentine's Day 1984, Perry and Whitford went to see Aerosmith play. They officially rejoined the ranks of Aerosmith once more in April of that year. Steven Tyler recalls, "You should have feltthe buzz the moment all five of us got together in the same room for the first time again. We all started laughing-it was like the five years had never passed. We knew we'd made the right move. "

Aerosmith embarked on a lucrative reunion tour entitled "Back in the Saddle", which produced the live album Classics Live II. Their problems were still not behind them when the group signed with Geffen Records and began working on a comeback.

Upcoming Movie

1985 saw the release of Done with Mirrors, their first studio album since the highly publicized reunion. It fared relatively well commercially, but it did not produce a hit single or generated much hope for their comeback. By the time the record was released, Tyler and Perry had exited drug rehabilitation. The group appeared on Run-D.M.C. 'sincredibly successful cover of "Walk This Way", blending rock and roll and hip-hop and successfully beginning Aerosmith's comeback. The group's next release was Permanent Vacation (1987), which included the hits "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)", "Rag Doll", and "Angel". Their next album, Pump, was received even better; Pump featured four Top Ten singles: "Janie's Got a Gun", "What It Takes", "Love in an Elevator", and "The Other Side". Aerosmith was definitely in the midst of a major resurgence.

Despite significant shifts in mainstream music at the beginning of the 1990 's, the band's 1993 follow-up to Pump, Get a Grip, was just as successful commercially. Though many critics were unimpressed by the focus on power-ballads in promoting the album, three songs ("cryin'", "Crazy" and"Amazing") proved to be huge successes on radio and MTV. The music videos featured then fresh up-and-coming actress Alicia Silverstone; her provocative performances earned her the title of "the Aerosmith chick" for half a decade. Steven Tyler's daughter Liv Tyler, was also featured in the video for "Crazy". Aerosmith signed with Columbia Records again in the early 1990 's, but they had to complete two contractual albums for Geffen before recording for the new label.

The next album, Nine Lives, was plagued with personnel problems, including the firing of manager Tim Collins. Reviews were generally mixed, and Nine Lives initially fell on charts, although it had a long chart life and sold double platinum in the US alone. It was followed by a series of late ' 90 's releases, mostly earliermaterial that was live or retrospective. The album sold relatively well, but also marked a second decline in popularity and critical respect for the band.

Aerosmith's biggest hit of the ' 90 's, and its only # 1 single to date, was the love theme from the film Armageddon, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing". This song was conceived by Joe Perry and Diane Warren, although Warren alone received songwriting credit. Steven Tyler's daughter Liv was featured in the movie. In 1999, they were in the Disney-MGM Studios ride (and later in the Walt Disney Studios Park ride), Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Aerosmith provided the soundtrack and theme for the ride, which is based on their recording session and following concert.

The band started its next decade with the release in 2001 of Just PushPlay, which charted well. They were also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Later that year, the band appeared as part of the United We Stand concert in Washington, D.C. for 9/11 victims and their families. Stubbornly, the band flew back to Indianapolis for a show the same night, "refusing to interrupt their Just Push Play tour schedule.

In 2002, Aerosmith released the 2-disc compilation O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits and embarked on the Girls of Summer tour with opening acts Kid Rock and Run-DMC. In 2003, Aerosmith co-headlined with Kiss on the Rocksimus Maximus tour. Their long-promised blues album honkin' on Bobo, was released in 2004. The Album continues to be a success, helping to inspire the resurgence of blues and roots music across the US and Europe. A live DVD,You Gotta Move, followed it in December 2004. The band also lent its well-known "Dream On" to an advertising campaign for Buick in 2004, targeting their audience, which is now composed largely of people who were teenagers when the song first charted.

In 2005, guitarist Joe Perry released his eponymous solo album. Many claim that it is in many ways truer to the Aerosmith of the ' 70 's than any of their recent output. This is mostly due to its lack of raw energy and doctoring song. In October 2005, Aerosmith released a CD/DVD named Rockin' the Joint. The band hit the road for the rockin' The Joint tour on October 30th with Lenny Kravitz and is still touring.

Category 5 Workout Intensity (Activating The Force Fueling EXTREME Training Effort)

Have you ever had a workout where you were so feverishly driven and compelled, you felt you could, metaphorically, "burn a hole through steel? Where the weights you used all workout long felt "light" in your hands; as if the force flowing through you that moved the weights totally out-matched the iron's "attempt" to overcome and exhaust you? And, it was as if your muscles were a conquest commanding extension of your will; they performed, and at a level scheme, seemingly beyond where they ever had before-a consuming intensity within pushed the muscle you trained into an exertion threshold where you could actually f-l-e-e, underlying the deepest fibers being worked in a way you never had before ...(and I mean never!).

Rep after rep, set after set, you were a dominancebreakthrough machine; your heart felt like an invincible steel pump--your nostrils and lungs remained on supercharged intake levels, "feeding the machine the oxygen it needed for sustained conquest. And the degree of magnitude voltage conquest power pouring through your every fiber moved you to push yourself with an inhuman fierceness and compulsion-that could only be labeled by the idea "more-More-M-O-R-E!"

Your heart and breathing rates have likely elevated somewhat just by reading what I've described so far. Why? Because you're emotionally identifying with an inner workout performance been call Category 5 Intensity. It's a degree of inner force and power so compelling and feverishly conquest driven, it blasts you into sustained muscular exertion levels which compelliteral mega-size and physical strength increases!

CATEGORY 5 INTENSITY
An Ultra-Success Producing Workout Force

Upcoming Movie

The U.S. meteorological service categorizes hurricanes based upon their volume, power, and the wind speed their force generates and sustains. Category 5 monsters literally carry torrential rains, wind speeds overpoweing with an excess of 150 mph, and an energy forcefulness, indeed, fierceness, that cannot be stopped, denied, or impeded by any manmade thing. It will tear through any environment it reigns upon, and will unleash its vehement fury in a comprehensive, terrain altering assault (seemingly a merciless assault from Hell). Literally, it will wreak havoc--its uprooting uncontestable, overwhelming, and forcefully conquering every thing in itspath.

It can, and will, generated its relentless torrent as it continues along its earth scarring procession. Nothing remains unaffected by its wrath; everything impacted by its brutal fierceness remains changed ... literally forever!

Woah! Just take a moment to catch your breath and think — really think: How would your workout performance and muscular exertion/contraction levels change if you began generating at the Category 5 intensity level? What kind and degree of energy would you generate and sustain? What kind of muscular exertion levels would you induce and sustain? What kind of total, worked, maximum contractions would you incite through the positive and negative aspects of each rep? What kind of mental toughness and attitude forcefulness-would you mobilizefueled by and continue? Indeed ... what degrees of physical increase, progress, and muscular growth do you sense you'd stimulate decisively?

I'll bet your heart rate, body temperature, and breathing rate just elevated somewhat again, as you just considered the impact you'd produce through generating Category 5 intensity. Imagine now what would happen when you actually start generating this workout voltage!

BUILDING, SURGING, MAGNIFYING, AMPLIFYING
Moving Yourself To Generate Category 5 Realm Workout Intensity

Uh, I'm assuming you're "interested" in how you can begin strengthening your inner training force to more extreme, and commanding levels? Ah; thought so. Let me, therefore, now give you a very detailed, advanced process enabling you to produce this, notablyand generate it when you train.

[* Just recall, for a moment, you saw the TV images of hurricane Katrina's Category 5 intensity huge palm trees bending over to where they looked like little twigs ready to be snapped in half. Now, you'll get an even sharper sense of the command impact Category 5 intensity wields power. And, what would it look like if this force were your personal workout fuel? How about this: Set after set, rep after rep with a gut-wrenching compulsion-you're driving, pushing, striving--exerting more feverishly, more intensely, indeed, more fiercely indomitably FEROCIOUSLY! Hey-can you handle it?! I think you CAN!!]

Mobilizing Category 5 Intensity Within You
[First, read through the following process in its entirety. Then, apply exactly asoutlined.]

Step # 1: Mentally/Physically Relaxing Subconscious To Gain Access

(perform this Step # 1 in your home only!)

In an area where you're sure you won't be disturbed, lie comfortably upon your back on either your bed, the floor, or stretched out completely on an E-Z chair. Let your arms rest at your sides, palms facing downward, fingers loosely apart.

Next, remaining as still as possible, let your eyelids gently close, and take 3 l-o-n-g d-e-e-p breaths, inhaling through your nostrils, and easily exhaling through your mouth. And with each exhalation, mentally repeat the word "R-e-l-e-a-s-e".

Next, envision yourself slowly descending a staircase of 7 total steps. And as you descend each step, mentally repeat the word "D-o-w-n" to yourself, allowing every muscle and fiber within you to just easily let loose, and progressively relax with each successive step you descend.
When you've easily reached the bottom step # 1, and feel the sensation of deep and soothing comfort, shift your awareness to perform Step # 2:

Step # 2: Accessing A Magnitude Intensity Workout Memory

(perform this Step # 2 in your home only!)

Now, as you're mentally/physically relaxed, recall to workout where you know your performance (and effort) could only be labeled as "sustained conquest as Mega drive-impact exertion.
This will be easy for you as you recall the last time you embodied very feverish, driving power, and truly compelling fierceness and intensity during a workout:

or Perhaps it was during an arm workout where youwere blasting your biceps barbell preacher curls on-pump and exertion to extreme degrees. You didn't just do 10 reps, you did 12. And it felt like your skin would pop. But you maintained the mental fury-the fierce, unwavering mental toughness-which over rode any attempt of your body to stop you!

or Perhaps it was a leg workout where you your belt one notch cinched tighter "than you normally do. And hung more weight on the bar than you usually would. And blasted out set after set of squats that left your legs feeling like max-engorged tree trunks; your lungs felt like bellows from hell, but because you sustained such fierceness of effort, it was a literal chore for you to walk out the gym to your car after your workout was done!

You know what this magnitude intensityworkout was for you. Just allow your awareness to search your memory, and you will come to identify a target workout such as this from your past. At once you've mentally isolated this specific workout from your memory core:

or Imaginatively make the picture of this scenario, brighter, more vivid and more distinct.

or Then, experiencing it as if it's playing out upon a large movie screen, white, imaginatively bring it closer and closer toward you.

or imaginatively And as you bring it closer toward you, make it even brighter, more detailed, and more 3-dimensionally vivid.

And then, or bring it even closer imaginatively toward you--so close, it's as if it's right in front of your face--as if you can reach out and touch it--as if this is your very reality then andthere!

At this moment you should see, feel inwardly, sense and experience all related factors comprising this scenario-as if it were your very life in the current moment.

Step # 3: Anchoring The Extreme Sensory Power Of Your Workout Intensity Magnitude

(perform this Step # 3 in your home only!)

Now, instead of just "watching" this scenario of your workout intensity, magnitude imaginatively step into the picture, into your body ... and your extraordinary power, feeling and energy streaming masterfully through you:

1.) See exactly what you see as this mega-intensity workout force-becoming aware of how all things you see around you look to you.

2.) Then, "f-e-e-l exactly what you feel as this mega-intensity workout force.

3.) Then, project the exact facial expression you project when you are this mega-intensity workout force--from the slant of your eyes, to the flare of your nostrils, to the curl and purse of your lips.

4.) Then, mentally say to yourself-using the exact words and voice tonality you use-exactly what you say to yourself when you communicate to yourself inwardly as the embodiment of this mega-intensity workout force.

5.) And then purposefully b-r-e-a-t-h-e exactly the way you breathe when you are this mega-intensity workout force.

Next, as you're inwardly replicating all of # 's 1-5 ... clench your right fist hard, continuing to breathe exactly as the mega-intensity workout you does. And, holding your fist firmly clenched, choose a word, that to you, singularly represents you asthis mega-intensity workout force.

For example, you might choose a word such as Power, Force, Dominated, or zones, etc. Whatever word you choose, holding your right fist clenched firmly (and continuing to breathe as mega-workout intensity breathes), mentally exclaim your chosen key word 5 consecutive times with emphatic passion.

Next, hold this clenched fist/mega-workout intensity breathing, for full 20 seconds. Then,
s-l-o-w-l-y un-clench your right fist, and just allow yourself to grow mentally/physically relaxed and at ease.

You've now established at magnitude intensity fueling anchor, whereby the act of clenching your right fist hard, breathing as you do when you are mega-workout intensity, and mentally exclaiming your key word will spontaneously triggersthe specific energy connected to you generating ultra intensity (i.e., Category 5 Intensity) during a workout. And this energy (power and command state) will then come to freely surge through you!

This entire Step # 1-3 anchoring process should take 10-15 minutes to perform. I suggest performing Step # 's 1-3 (as outlined) once per day-in your home only-for 5 consecutive days. This will ensure you establish the connection between clenching your right fist hard, breathing as you do when you are mega-workout intensity, and mentally exclaiming your key word, serving to activate, and wholly fill you with the nuclear force existing emotional peak performance during your workouts.

Each time you perform this Step # 1-3 process, it will become easier to do and more decisive in theresults it produces.

Anchoring Use Note

Once you've established the stimulus/response anchor between clenching your right fist hard, breathing as mega-workout intensity, and exclaiming your key word to activate and fill you with peak performance (Category 5) workout power, you do not have to go through this entire Step # 1-3 process. Performing Step # 's 1-3 as outlined for 5 consecutive days, will ensure you develop the activation trigger which will foster maximum emotional power results (i.e., you'll be able to ignite the inner force which then literally fuels MEGA intensity exertion!)

Once you've established your decidedly mega-intensity workout anchor (which you effectively will within this 5-consecutive day period), you can then just go right into Step # 4, using youranchor as outlined.

Step # 4: Turning On The Power-Priming Yourself With The Affinity

Toward Maximum Exertion. And Super Human Performance Workout!

[* I suggest you perform this step in your car after you've arrived at your gym, and have your car parked and turned off. This is your pre-workout priming stage-what you can look at as "Filling yourself with the feeling and purpose to shock, and then compel your muscles toward peak exertion ... and growth!"]

So, in your car after you've parked at your gym and shut your car off, do the following:
Sit comfortably (in an upright, seated position), let your hands comfortably rest (palms downward) upon your thighs, let your eyelids gently close down, and allow your chin to comfortably rest upon yourchest.

Next, take long, deep breaths 3-inhaling through your nostrils and exhaling easily through your month.

As you exhale your breath, then third fire your mega-intensity workout anchor: Clench your right fist hard, breathe the way you do as the embodiment of mega-workout intensity, and your key word mentally exclaim 3 consecutive times. This will serve to activate, and causes the feelings connected with your maximum intensity generation workouts to freely surge through you.

Next, continuing to hold your firmly clenched right fist, breathing as you do when you are mega-workout intensity, you'll now perform the final pre-priming stage "Ramping Up To Category 5 Intensity." And so, with your right fist clenched firmly, breathing as the embodiment of mega-workoutintensity, imagine clearly you hear the sound of an 8 cylinder super charged, 1.000 horsepower race car engine shifting through its gears.

H-e-a-r the raw, rumbling, fever pitched force and power of this engine as it shifts from first to second to third, second, third to fourth ... and then from fourth-all the way up into 5th gear--let the winding upward vehement fury of this engine's 5th gear mega-force power fill all of you (from head to toe!)

H-e-a-r this engine's overpowering forcefulness, and allow this sound, sensation, and magnitude power fierceness to fill you to a full saturation point. When you experience this (and you will), then, mentally/Felix exclaim your key word 3 times at peak exhortation levels. [* The force surging within you should now feel likeyou can tear an oak tree-barehanded-right out of the ground!]

Now, continuing to hold your right fist firmly clenched imaginatively, go ahead and perform a full set of one of the exercises you'll be doing in your upcoming workout. But this set is you the consummate embodiment of mega-intensity fierceness--clearly mentally experience, and f-e-e-l yourself performing each rep so forcefully, purposefully, and with such concentrated power you sense even the deepest, underlying the muscle fibers being forced to exert and contract ... to the max!

Feel your heart pumping, your power surging, and total conquest commitment fueling every single rep. And, be sure you finish every rep imaginatively you intended to, sustaining perfect, isolated form.
Next, continuing to keepyour fist firmly clenched, with your heart pounding and your now imaginatively breathing pronounced, look at the body part you just did a set for one of the gym mirrors. And see-and f-e-e-l en-completely worked and fully engorged. Then (still holding your right fist clenched firmly, and breathing as mega-intensity workout power) say to yourself, and mean it: "This is what I do, this is how I do it; I begin this way--and I stay this way-every rep-starting Now! "

Then, just very slowly un-clench your fist, let your eyelids open easily inhale deeply, and grab your gym bag!

Step # 5: Pre-Set Peak Performance Emotional Reinforcement

* Then, the gym after you're totally sure you've fully warmed up, and appropriately, perform one set (for the muscle you'll betraining) as you "normally" would, being sure to f-e-e-l the muscle you're working during the training, positive and negative phase of each rep. Next, do the following before you engage each successive set: Clench your right first hard, and purposefully mentally exclaim your key word once. Then, un-clench your fist, and proceed to purposefully engage your set.

This pre-set practice will continue to reinforce and sensitize your nervous system with the emotional fuel directly linked to you generating Category 5 Intensity.

[Doing this before each set will take you all of 3-4 seconds, hardly a high price to pay for keeping yourself predisposed toward training at growth, mega-compelling intensity levels!]

Closing Keys Which Help You Keep The Door Of

Mega-IntensityWorkout Performance Wide Open

Consistency is important here. Be sure you engage each of Step # 's 1-5 exactly as I've outlined. And make your pre-workout, and priming pre-set actions (Step # 's 4 and 5) as much a part of your workout as you do, aminos, creatine and protein post-workout shakes.

The more you continue to apply this process, the more incredibly powerful the results will become for you. I know you'll come to experience inner power realms you never even knew you possessed!

The more power you exert, the higher the mountain you can climb. No more inconsistent workout levels. Now, you can turn on the power ... and prime yourself for feverish effort and sustained exertion, every time you train!

Is Twitter the Real Deal Or What?

Twitter has been all over the place in the past several months. This new social networking site has exploded and is seemingly turning up everywhere we look. Movie stars, athletes, politicians and of course major businesses have been turning to the site, trying to fit in with the trend. But how effective is Twitter really when it comes to what businesses really needing, lead generation?

It's great to go along with popular new fads and trends, and attempt to ride their wave to reach a younger target market. However, if one simply signs up for a social networking site like Twitter doesn't ensure any kind of success. Most businesses fail to realize how they can actually capitalize on this kind of service to produce new potential consumers. How can you generate sales and leadsfrom Twitter, is it possible?

Yes it is possible, and yes, Twitter can be effective for lead generation. The important thing to remember is that you have to understand how to use the platform to make the most out of your time investment. It might seem like fun to send out a message saying what you had for lunch today, but how is that supposed to help your business succeed?

Upcoming Movie

One of the ways you can utilize Twitter is to announce special sales and discounts instantly to your consumers. This way if they follow you on Twitter they will be the first to know about your upcoming big sale. You can even provide special sales or periods of time when only Twitter members can take advantage of a deal. This provides an incentive for people to follow you on the site, and they will always bechecking in on your messages and what you're saying.

Another way that you can use Twitter to announce new products or special offerings. When you are launching a new product line, or having a limited time product, it's a great way to get that message out to consumers who you know will be interested in what you're saying. It's a great way to see results from your lead generation efforts Twitter.

An overlooked way that you and your business can use Twitter is to conduct a quick and easy poll or survey with your customers and potential customers. Disney's Animation 2013-The King of the Elves

Disney has had a run of recent successes from its latest films. As the old formula is returned with Disney princesses, Broadway style songs and fairy tales, there are rumours of a Disney Revival, the likes of which we haven't seen since the Disney Renaissance in the later 80s and 90s. It's not surprising therefore, that a lot is riding on their upcoming animation; The King of Elves.

This is another adaptation from a short story by Philip k. Dick, very much like how The Little Mermaid and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame adaptations, but with the signature pinch of Disney. We also see the return of Chris Williams as the director who had worked on the previous Disney film, Bolt.

Upcoming Movie

The film still isn't set for release until the fall of 2013 so there is a lot of speculation onhow it will be produced. Will it be 2D or 3D animation? Will it have any celebrity voice talent? The only thing we know at the moment is how the story will unfold, without any spoilers of course.

The original story follows Shadrach Jones, a gas station owner in the fictional town of Derryville, Colorado. Business is quiet as the highway on which he is located has become old and neglected due to it being replaced by a modern interstate highway.

One evening Shadrach happens to stumble across a group of injured elves who have been battling their rivals, the trolls. As a kind-hearted character Shadrach feels compelled to take them in and bring them back to health. Due to this kindness, the Elf King declares Shadrach as the new monarch before his untimely death at the hands of thetrolls.

Disney have of course adapted the story and changed it slightly, with the setting on the Mississippi river delta and the main character feeling reluctant about helping the band of elves. However, there is sure to be an exciting adventure which will unfold as the unlikely friends try to escape the evil troll.

We can see already that this has a Disney vibe written all over it. The question is whether it will have the catchy tunes and sing along melodies woven within it? This is something that was bought back for the blockbusters Princess and the Frog and Tangled, which sparked the rumours of the Disney Revival. However, it doesn't look as if there will be a Disney princess this time round, unless it's an elf.

Have Fun, Make Money-Get Paid to Do What You Love

A little creativity can go a long way toward helping you make money doing things you enjoy. Take a look at some of the suggestions here, then think about ways you can get paid to do what you love to do.

Get paid to shop-Mystery shopping is a great way to make money in your spare time by providing valuable customer service feedback to businesses. It's flexible and fun, and just about anyone can do it. The most important quality you need is to be reliable. It also helps to be observant and have good writing skills. Mystery shopping is done around the world, so there are probably mystery shops being done in your neighborhood right now. For more information, get a copy of The Mystery Shopper's Manual at http://www.idealady.com/. The book includes a list of 150 companieshiring shoppers across the US and Canada and around the world, along with lots of insider tips.

Get paid to talk-You've seen those people handing out samples in the grocery store or demonstrating a product at the home show. They get paid to do that, and you can, too. To be good at this, you need an outgoing personality. You have to be willing to speak up and get people to try what you're offering, take a coupon, or watch your demonstration. You can find these jobs by watching the help wanted ads in your local newspaper. For more information, see http://www.narms.com/.

Upcoming Movie

Get paid to party-Direct sales companies, such as Tupperware, Pampered Chef and others, offer a great way to make extra money or launch a lucrative new career. You get paid to go to parties, do productdemonstrations and take orders. You set your own schedule, so you can fit work into your life, not try to squeeze around a job in life. For more information, see the Direct Selling Association at http://www.dsa.org/.

Don ' t want to be a sales representative? You can get free products by hosting a party in your home. Look for a local representative in your phone book and ask how you can earn free products by hosting a party.

Get paid to be in the movies-You don't have to live in Hollywood to be an extra in a movie or TV show. Your city or state probably has a film commission where you can get information about upcoming productions. Do an Internet search for "film commission" and your city or state to find them. My local film commission regularly lists opportunities to be anextras in movies or TV shows, be a crew member on an independent film, or even to get paid to be in the audience of a TV show.

Get paid to drive-If it seems as if you are always in your car, or your car is often parked in a high-traffic area, you can use your car to make money by getting it painted with an ad. Advertisers look at what kind of car you drive, its condition, where and how much you drive, how many people see the car when it's parked and other factors when choosing cars for these promotions. If you and your car are what they're looking for, they will pay you to show their ad on your car. (More info: http://www.autowraps.com/)

Get paid for your opinions-Participating in focus groups and other market research doesn't provide regular income, and there are oftenlimits on how often you may participate. However, I've got lots of opinions, and I'm always happy when I can get paid for them! I've been paid for opinions on music, clothes, and even the scent of a laundry product. You can increase your chances of getting selected by registering with market research companies. Check your phone directory or the local mall to find one in your area.

There are also many places online where you can get paid to write opinions or reviews, or to fill out surveys. Make sure you understand how you will be paid before spending a lot of time on this. Many sites pay credits that can only be redeemed with them, but some pay in cash.

Get paid to do your own thing-When you can make money doing something you love to do, it doesn't feel like work at all.My main career involves speaking and writing, both things I enjoy. I've also been paid for my opinions, made money as a mystery shopper and been a movie extra! Use your imagination to find ways to make money while doing what you enjoy. I call it "Solo reneuring" and that's how I've made my living for more than eight years. Do you love animals? Start a pet sitting or dog walking service. If you enjoy crafts, dance or playing an instrument, you may be able to teach a class or offer private instruction to people who want to learn what you know. For more information about preneuring, see Only-http://www.idealady.com/solo.htm.

General information-When considering any of these opportunities, make sure you understand what you will be asked to do and how you will be compensated. Then youcan decide if it is worth your time and effort.

Be careful about paying to be listed in data bases. Some companies charge you to apply with no guarantee of work. You may be paying for a legitimate opportunity, or you may just be saying goodbye to $ 20 or more. Find out what you will get before paying a fee.

You probably won't get rich doing these things, but you can get paid to do things you enjoy. Even if you don't make a million dollars, your life will be richer for the joy and satisfaction you get from your work--and you'll have at least a few extra dollars in your pocket!

What Is HDMI?

Visual Quality

In short, HDMI stands for exceptional visuals on your netbook. HDMI is short for High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and it's a strictly digital and high-quality method for hooking up your Netbook to an HDTV or LCD/LED display. The majority of netbooks have a VGA connector (normally a blue connector or cord), which sends a substandard analog signal. Analog transmission quality is dependent entirely on wire condition and when there exists nearby disturbance, which means the picture may very well be distorted plus the colourings may appear wrong. For accurate graphic quality, you will need HDMI in your Netbook.

Upcoming Movie

Sound

HDMI cords can also have movie-quality audio. This means that-with no additional cabling necessary-you are able to connect yourNetbook with HDMI with your tv and get the vibrant, high-quality movies with full movie theatre audio. If your netbook had regular VGA out, you would need another cable in order to connect your Netbook's headphone port into the television. Plus, you'd merely get stereo sound! Quite a few HDMI cords are capable of supporting as many as eight channels of surround sound!

Adapters

In the event that your monitor or Tv set doesn't support HDMI, don't freak out! A selection of adapters can be found available on the internet, or even in your local pc store for a small investment. You will can convert your HDMI signal to a DVI signal without any quality decline (DVI is yet another digital format), or even to VGA-although you will suffer some quality loss.

Changing from VGA toHDMI, however, needs pricey and bulky devices, and may create a substandard display. HDMI is the top-quality video format, and you ought to try to find it when you look into Netbooks.

Size

An HDMI connector is tiny-less than 50% the size of a DVI connector, and simply smaller than a VGA connector. More to the point, an HDMI connection is normally fifty percent as wide or less than other connectors, and that means you can fit more stuff onto your Netbook's frame! Extra USB ports, headphone ports, network plug-ins, the works!
